Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for partnering the Regional Leadership team, managing People Strategy locally alongside some HR Operations in a strategic but hands on generalist role for Singapore. You will operate as a trusted adviser to stakeholders in a busy and varied HR role in partnership with counterparts in Shared Services and COE.We are looking for someone that is currently operating in a hybrid HR Operations/ HR Business Partner capacity in a similar environment within insurance, professional services or financial services.
