Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships
- From January to June (onboard by 12 Jan 2026)
- From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026)Responsibilities
-Support key employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, Job status changes etc., and contract preparation;
-Help coordinate and enhance employee lifecycle processes and relevant policy updates;
-Collaborate with HRBPs, TAs, and regional HR teams to support ongoing HR initiatives;
-Provide administrative support for employee matters and assist in responding to employee queries under guidance;
-Support audits, compliance reviews, and data accuracy checks related to employee records;
-Contribute to the improvement and documentation of HR processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
-Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in a related discipline;
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel);
-Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges;
-Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally.Preferred Qualification
