My client, a reputable life insurer, is looking for a Product Proposition Specialist to lead the end-to-end design and launch of innovative life insurance products. This role offers high visibility and close collaboration with pricing, distribution, and senior stakeholders.If you're a creative thinker with deep insurance experience and a strong track record in product development, this is a great opportunity to make a tangible impact.Key Responsibilities:

Lead product ideation through market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis
Drive cross-functional discussions and secure buy-in from pricing, distribution, and internal committees
Oversee product launches and ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are met
Support annual product reviews, pricing policy updates, and strategic roadmap planning

Requirements:

At least 3 years in life insurance product development
Strong knowledge of the Singapore insurance market and distribution landscape
Creative and resilient, with a proven ability to manage complex product cycles
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
