- Assist in developing the annual audit plan.
- Perform control testing and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare audit reports and follow up on action plans.
- Communicate audit scope and findings to business units.
- Support ad-hoc reviews and investigations.
- Plan and lead audits across operations, governance, and compliance.
- Degree in Accounting or related field; CIA, CPA, or ACCA preferred.
- Minimally 10 years of audit experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of audit and risk frameworks.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident working with stakeholders.
- Proactive and team-oriented.
