
Assistant / Product Manager

- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals and market demand.
- Own the full product lifecycle: concept development, planning, development, release, user adoption, performance tracking, and iteration.
- Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed product requirements and development plans.
- Conduct ongoing market surveys, user research, and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and gaps in current solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and shifts in the media analytics space to inform long-term product strategy.
- Validate new product concepts and enhancements through data, customer interviews, and testing.
- Lead coordination between engineering, UI/UX, data science, operations, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and feature grooming in Agile/SCRUM settings.
- Ensure seamless communication and understanding across teams through clear documentation and regular reviews.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans in coordination with marketing and commercial teams, including pricing, packaging, positioning, and rollout.
- Support product education and adoption through demos, onboarding materials, and knowledge transfer to client-facing teams.
- Monitor market response and performance post-launch to inform future enhancements.
- Engage regularly with internal executives, external clients, and strategic partners to gather feedback and align product development with user outcomes.
- Present product updates, roadmap progress, and feature insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted voice of the product internally and externally.
- Work with legal, compliance, and governance teams to ensure the product meets privacy standards and regulatory requirements.
- Define controls and reporting features that support responsible data use, auditability, and content monitoring.
- Knowledge in Computer Science / Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in digital product management, with strong exposure to SaaS, analytics, or platform-based products.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, user research, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience launching or scaling data-intensive or insight-driven tools.
- Experience in media intelligence, strategic communications, or risk monitoring domains.
- Familiarity with social media ecosystems, data aggregation pipelines, or sentiment analysis tools.
- Experience working with public sector clients or enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Agile / SCRUM, sprint management, backlog prioritization.
- Product Requirements Documentation, user story development, roadmap planning.
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Figma.
- Familiarity with API integrations, dashboards, and data visualization best practice.
- Experience with C, PHP, and NodeJS, Microsoft Azure, and AWS.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Singaporean only.
