Responsibilities:
  • Assist in publishing job openings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage onboarding procedures and orientation for new employees.
  • Keep employee data and HR systems accurate and updated.
  • Provide first-line support for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of staff engagement and training initiatives.
  • Support documentation and follow-up for performance appraisals.
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
  • Track attendance, manage leave applications, and handle benefits administration.
  • Coordinate with the finance department on payroll adjustments and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with employment laws and internal guidelines.
  • Update and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee manuals.
  • Assist with preparation for audits and compliance-related reporting.
  • Safeguard confidential employee files and personal information.
  • Draft HR-related letters, memos, and internal communications.
  • Provide general support for day-to-day HR and office administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in an HR administrative capacity.
  • Sound knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
