
HR Administrator, Recruitment (6 months contract)

- Assist in sourcing for candidates through various modes, including cold calling
- Coordinate interviews and send the necessary information to all parties
- Follow up on administrative matters - e.g. collecting documents from candidates, saving their documents in a structured and neat manner
- Ensure recruitment trackers are updated accurately and timely
- Support activities at recruitment fairs
- Any other additional roles and responsibilities related to the support of recruitment efforts
- Minimally Nitec
- 1 year of recruitment support or HR generalist experience
- Comfortable with supporting a team of recruitment specialists that are working on different recruitment requirements
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications. Experience in Successfactors is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different group of people - candidates, hiring manager, etc.
- Self-motivated, creative, energetic, and able work under pressure
- Able to multi-task and prioritise work tasks
- Able to deliver timely, accurate, thorough, and high-quality work even through challenging situations
