With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation to reach more people, more effectively.As a Global Rewards Intern, you will support the development and maintenance of rewards dashboards, assist in analyzing compensation data, and ensure data accuracy across HR systems in preparation for the annual review. You will prepare presentations, provide analytical support, and collaborate with the Global Rewards team on various projects. This role provides hands-on experience in compensation and benefits, global HR practices, data analysis, and exposure to cross-functional collaboration.What you will do
  • Support the development and maintenance of rewards dashboards and tools on Power BI
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting compensation data for global benchmarking and market surveys
  • Ensure HR systems data accuracy across countries in preparation for the annual compensation review
  • Prepare clear and visually compelling presentations in PowerPoint
  • Provide general administrative and analytical support to the Global Rewards team.
What you bring
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Interest in compensation, benefits, and global HR practices
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
