In this role, you will be an individual contributor and report directly to the Director of Compensation and Benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking very closely with the Director of Compensation and Benefits, this role will design, drive, and implement the compensation and benefits strategy for the company. You will develop and manage competitive compensation structures, commission schemes, and regional reward programs. As part of a wider, collaborative HR team, you will closely partner with the HR team members as well as with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. It is critical for this role to consistently monitor salary benchmarks and data, keeping up to date with trends and changes within the fast-moving industry. You will also need to provide insights to continuously improve the company’s compensation and benefits schemes.Ideal ProfileThe client is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager/Assistant Manager (minimally 7 years of experience) with a proven track record in managing compensation and benefits programs. Regional experience (minimally Southeast Asia) is a must-have.
