Job Description:The CompanyOur client, a leading insurance company is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a 12-month contract with a high potential of extension to support ongoing finance transformation efforts. This role focuses on translating business needs into actionable requirements, enabling successful implementation of system enhancements and new product launches. The ideal candidate has strong business analysis experience in finance projects and can effectively collaborate across business, finance, and IT teams.The Role
  • Engage with finance stakeholders and business units to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for system enhancements and product implementations.
  • Facilitate workshops, user acceptance testing, and communication between business, finance, and IT teams.
  • Support project management activities, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and reporting status.
  • Provide analytical insights and problem-solving support to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Your Profile.
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business, IT, or related disciplines.
  • Proven business analyst experience in finance-related projects, ideally within insurance or financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience supporting project management activities is a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset, adaptable to change and able to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
