If you possess a strong willingness to learn, take ownership of your work, and confidently express your views—along with exceptional teamwork skills, the ability to actively listen to diverse perspectives, and effectively communicate your ideas to contribute to the overall success of the team—then this opportunity is perfect for you.What you doAs a team member of the Finance Data Management, you are required to provide data stewardship oversight on financial data and understanding the use of finance information in support of various reporting and analytical needs within Financial Reporting functions.Datamart maintenanceEnsure data integrity and accuracy of datamart through reconciliation against source applications and GL.Ensure that the data-mapping are updated timely and acts as central coordinator with the various teams involved.Project management and participationAssess impact of new products and upstream system enhancements to DatamartLiaise between IT and finance users on data and information requirements and ensure appropriate data are mapped into datamart.Perform user acceptance testing; working alongside other finance teams in supporting their specialised applications.Participate in the investigation, data flow discussions on upstream and datamart design changes that may impact downstream applications and facilitate in defining change specifications to support use for finance financial analysis.OthersSupport finance users on data queries and data needs.Participate in finance related projects as assigned; contribute in thought process on the appropriate use of data for information analysis.Who you areProfessional qualification in Finance and/or Computer/Information Science or equivalentMinimum of 6 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of SQL and finance applications would be an advantageHave a good understanding of project management, finance processes and banking products to help drive process and data usage efficiency and changeGood oral/written communication and presentation skillsProactive team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaboration with internal and external partiesWho you work withGroup Finance is where your acumen will not only help deliver robust financial analysis but also influence business decisions, enable efficiencies and steer growth.
