
Finance IT Business Analyst (Singapore)

- Lead requirement analysis and solution design for OA systems that interact with ERP platforms, ensuring alignment across broader enterprise process areas.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs across Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (R2R) domains, and translate them into functional designs.
- Design and validate cross-system workflows, enabling seamless integration across platforms and ensuring business continuity.
- Partner with business, IT, and external vendors to drive end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering to go-live support.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable, standardized solutions.
- Support testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.
- Create clear documentation including process flows, solution specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or project management involving ERP-adjacent OA systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, including but not limited to procurement, payment, asset lifecycle, expense management, and financial close.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-system integration initiatives across corporate functional areas.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise system integration architecture or intercompany/business shared service scenarios is an advantage.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle Certified Business Analyst) are a plus.
