Requirements:
  • 12-15 years of IT business analysis experience focused on Temenos Transact/T24 Core Banking, with strong Private Banking domain expertise.
  • Proven experience handling multiple T24 modules such as Securities (Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds), Cash Accounts & Deposits (AA, AC, MM, FD), Corporate Actions, Payments (TPH), Fees & Tax, Accounting/EOX, Credit Products (Mortgages, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees), and Derivatives (Options, Structured Products).
  • Strong knowledge of Private Banking products with exposure to relevant Transact modules (AA, MD, SC, DX, SY etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in conducting PLWs, advising new processes, and supporting system implementation projects.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with practical experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a bridge between business needs and technology teams by translating requirements into effective system solutions for core banking projects.
  • Conduct and support process-led workshops (PLWs) to gather and validate requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), data mapping, migration plans, reporting, and user guides.
  • Propose innovative, scalable solutions while mitigating operational and delivery risks.
  • Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and system enhancements across T24/Transact core banking projects.
  • Coordinate with business users, internal teams, and vendors during project management, development, testing, migration, training, and production release phases.
  • Ensure system solutions are aligned with business objectives, regulatory standards, and risk management practices.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing status updates, change logs, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support end-to-end implementation of system changes, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage requirements, prioritisation, and delivery.
