
Business Analyst - Payment and T24

- Requirement Elicitation:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to payment processing and T24.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to elicit user requirements and expectations.
- Payment Systems Analysis:
- Evaluate and enhance existing payment processes, including integration with the T24 environment.
- Provide insights on industry best practices for payment systems and T24 integration.
- T24 Implementation Support:
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure T24 functionalities that meet business needs.
- Participate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for T24 deployments.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and user manuals.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project milestones and deliverables.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking and financial services, with a focus on payment systems.
- Experience with T24 Banking Software is essential.
- Strong understanding of payment processes, including SWIFT, RTGS, and other payment mechanisms.
- Proficient in requirement analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
