- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate needs into clear specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout delivery.
- Support solution design and alignment with IT service management practices.
- Facilitate workshops, reviews, and UAT activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years' proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and enterprise IT delivery.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred: experience with ServiceNow, BMC, or observability tools; BA certifications; bilingual English/Mandarin.
