- Manage enquiries, requests, and feedback from policyholders and intermediaries within stipulated timelines.
- Verify customer details to ensure up-to-date profile information.
- Follow up with customers on required documents and information for policy issuance and updates.
- Execute end-to-end tasks from case creation to policy issuance.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by your Team Lead or Manager.
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
- Service-oriented with good communication and writing skills.
- Possess a positive and open mindset when addressing complaints and feedback.
- Ability to work under tight timelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the initiative to follow up conscientiously to complete tasks.
- Competent in MS365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
