What the role is:As a Policy, Brand Audit and Development Executive in the Public Affairs Department, you will take on a contract position supporting key initiatives involving branding framework review and enhancing internal communications within the SPF. You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme.What you will be working on:Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will assist in strengthening SPF's brand identity and ensure consistent, effective internal messaging that supports organisational goals. You will also assist in initiatives involving outsourcing and resource planning to optimise operational efficiency and enhance departmental effectiveness.What we are looking for:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple stakeholders and projects with professionalism and efficiency. You should be able to work independently within established policies while applying creative problem-solving to evolving operational needs. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Your contributions will help strengthen SPF's brand cohesion, enhance internal engagement, and support the successful delivery of key public affairs initiatives. REQUIREMENTS • Field of studies in Mass Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Humanities, Arts, or related fields, with electives in English, Literature, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Creative Design, New Media, or similar. • Experience in public affairs, communications, project coordination, or related areas, including working with cross-functional teams and external vendors, is preferred. • Ability to write and present effectively. • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Be up to date with communication tools, new media trends and technologies. • Outgoing personality with ability to network and collaborate with diverse groups.
