
Operations Assistant, Policy Servicing (1 Year Contract)

- Participate in and sign off test case reviews and user acceptance testing.
- Work closely with stakeholders on allocated Projects/Change requests.
- Ensure that systems are tested thoroughly and comply with the requirements defined in Business Requirement Specifications / Functional Specifications.
- Ensure test results are documented properly.
- Perform customer due diligence checks for Direct-To-Customer business & new customer onboarding at policy servicing.
- Provide administrative support to policy servicing such as handling of physical mails, scanning and perform forms updates.
- Ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned by the manager.
- At least A level or diploma holders
- IT Savvy
- Positive work attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to deadlines and reporting.
- Should have an aptitude for testing with keen eye for detail.
- High degree of proficiency in system and internet applications, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Good understanding of life insurance product
- Experience in performing user acceptance testing preferred.
