Production Superintendent (Mfg/ Semiconductor/ Chemical)

• Oversee the production process and draw up a production schedule.
• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Determine problem resolutions and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
• Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
• Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed.
• Ensure planned KPIs, efficiency, and performance are met or exceeded.
• Track the competencies of subordinates and provide development as required to achieve objectives.

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Manufacturing/ Semiconductor/ Electronics/ Chemical industries
• Effective problem identification and solution skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations
• Good leadership and communication skills
