Job Responsibilities:- Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target- To generate new customer list with existing customer base- Create value to customer with Company's solution- Liaise and meet up with customers to generate new sales and provide technical support, as and when required- Establish and maintain strong rapport with architect/ homeowner/ consultant to promote sales- Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers- Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisorJob Requirements:- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline- Sales background with knowledge in air-conditioning industry will be an added advantage- Strong salesmanship, customer oriented and results-focused- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Able to work independently with minimum supervision- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must- Applicants with own car will be considered with priority- Candidates with a keen interest to develop a career in air-con industry are welcomed to applyWorking hours:Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pm
