
Marketing Content Specialist (face of Ksisters)

- Social Media Content Creation:
- Plan and develop a content calendar for Ksisters social media platforms tailored to the needs of brands in the Skincare (Young & Mature), Makeup and Fashion industries.
- Familiar with Instagram and TikTok trends, and adapts it to contents wisely.
- Oversee content filming and photography, ensuring all visuals align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Work closely with Senior Assistant Marketing Manager to produce on-brand content for social media, blogs, and digital campaigns.
- Brand Representation:
- Act as the face of the content for brands under our management, representing their values and vision through engaging and authentic content.
- Comfortable with being the face of Ksisters (voiceovers + camera facing role)
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure the messaging and tone of content align with the target market’s expectations.
- UGC and KOL Management:
- Manage the acquisition, selection, and engagement of user-generated content (UGC) to boost brand awareness and community engagement.
- Work with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to create and manage collaborations, partnerships, and campaigns that elevate brand presence and drive engagement.
- Develop and nurture relationships with UGC creators, influencers, and KOLs to ensure high-quality, consistent content output.
- Backend Work & Shopify Management:
- Support the team with backend tasks, including managing product listings, updating content, and ensuring the smooth functioning of Shopify stores.
- Track and report on the performance of digital campaigns and suggest improvements based on analytics and feedback.
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role, with a strong focus on content creation and social media management.
- Video content creation and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Comfortable in front of the camera and confident in representing brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
- Experience managing user-generated content (UGC) and influencer/KOL collaborations.
- Familiarity with Shopify, including content management, product listings, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A passion for beauty, skincare, and parenting products with an understanding of the target audiences.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, etc.).
