- Lead the execution of the the approved social marketing & content strategy to expand reach and engagement across all brand platforms, focusing on brand storytelling, results focused content & impactful content creation that delivers results
- Spearhead the creative ideation of the TikTok content strategy to elevate brand buzz & virality, driving high impact content & views
- Oversee the creative ideation and implementation of the brand’s content calendars & shoot schedule, delivering fun, original and KPI focused content with high engagement
- Manage and achieve the execution of the brand’s KPI’s for each social channel platform, delivering increased brand growth, reach and engagements
- Strategically identify and execute new content angles, social trends, content creators and brand collaborations that will drive positive growth for the brand’s own channels
- Management of social marketing budget spend, maximising investment to deliver content with strong ROI to achieve business goals
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to define ROI is a must have
- Oversee the organization and execution of weekly & monthly campaign reporting
- Work with line manager to deep dive and present quarterly and annual brand reports, analysing brand performance metrics, spend and ROI
- Experience using Dash Hudson, or other social marketing reporting tools advantageous
- Analyse brand competitor data & content ideas and/or angles to define content strategy
- Management of x1 direct report based in Singapore and x1 co-shared line report based in the USA
- Oversee the execution of the team’s individual and shared KPIs
- Management of team’s responsibilities and content execution across brand categories
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including the Influencer Marketing, Design, Paid Media & E-com teams
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or digital marketing preferred
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record in campaign management, content creation and driving channel growth
- Experienced in managing culturally diverse, regionally distributed team
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (especially TikTok), influencer trends and beauty market a must
- Creative thinker and good eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in campaign planning and execution
- Experience working in beauty, FMCG or social marketing for retailer preferred
- Strong communication and organisation skills, both on and off camera; cross-collaboration with key stakeholders; third party talent & creative partners
- Must be comfortable filming and featuring in content for brand content
- Must be comfortable applying and using fake tanning, natural tanning / protection and haircare products for the purpose of filming content for the brand
- Must be comfortable travelling, filming and creating content on location
- Strong leadership to drive positive and strategic impact
- Proficient with editing software like Adobe Photoshop and CapCut
- Understanding of legal and copyright regulations within social marketing
- Role based in Singapore head office
- Hybrid working office / home - 3 days / 2 days
- Must be comfortable working flexible hours due to social marketing requirements
