- Identify, engage, and secure new clients requiring staffing solutions across target industries.
- Promote and sell end-to-end recruitment and workforce solutions, both permanent and contract hiring.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of client mandates.
- Maintain CRM and provide weekly reports on sales progress and client engagements.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations aligned to client needs and market trends.
- Assist in post-sales relationship management to foster long-term partnerships.
- You are experienced in any of the sectors—IT, Construction, Aerospace, or Healthcare—is a strong advantage.
- You are self-motivated with a hunter mindset and are eager to work in a growth-stage environment.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
