At Enterprise Singapore, we aim to build programmes to empower businesses to innovate, build capabilities, and succeed on a global scale. In this role, you will support EnterpriseSG's BizAdapt scheme implementation through grant evaluation and data analysis and ensure companies can utilise the grant meaningfully to achieve positive outcomes.What you will be working on:Why Join Us?Stakeholder engagement and communication: Learn to engage Singapore businesses and EnterpriseSG's partners (e.g. Trade Association & Chambers) effectivelyGrant administration: Hands on experience to evaluate projects submitted by businesses which aim to deliver real business outcomesSystem development and digital transformation: Gain exposure to digital transformation and process improvement initiativesWhat You'll DoReview and assess grant applications according to established policy guidelinesRespond to stakeholder enquiries about grant requirements and application processesManage complex cases and escalations effectively, seeking guidance when neededSupport the system design and migration of BizAdapt to the new Business Grants PortalParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems, providing feedback to ensure they meet operational requirementsWhat we are looking for:Any prior experience in grant or programme administrationGood written and verbal communication skillsCompetency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Analytical, detail-oriented, willing to learn and committed to delivering quality workAbout Enterprise Singapore:Enterprise Singapore is the government agency championing enterprise development.
