Responsibilities:
- Handle product specifications and ensure accurate documentation for key projects.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through strategic account management and solution-based selling.
- Prepare detailed product specifications tailored for main contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and service standards are upheld.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify new business opportunities within key accounts and drive growth through value-added solutions.
- Minimum tertiary education required.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the sales industry.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with professionals at all levels, including contractors, consultants, and site personnel.
- Confident, analytical, and results-driven with a friendly and collaborative approach.
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with own transport.
