- Take ownership in driving targeted business outcomes and building strong partnerships with key accounts
- Oversee sales performance, manage budget and ensure profitability across assigned channels and accounts
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Brand Managers for implementation of trade marketing and promotional activities
- Manage merchandisers, analyze sales trends, collect market intelligence & prepare regular performance reports and reviews
- Ensure effective merchandising activities to effectively enhance brand presence and product visibility
- Lead negotiations and renewal of sales agreements with terms that optimize brand exposure while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular sales forecast that aligned with current market trends to ensure proper product supply and maximize the sales potentials
- Conduct frequent store visits to identify business opportunity, maximize brand visibility and product availability
- Develop new sales channels and explore new business opportunities to increase sales revenue
- Maintain market price integrity across all channels to support sustainable long-term growth
- Minimum Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing within the FMCG or beauty industry, preferably with key account management exposure.
- Proactive, confident and results-oriented individual with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Capable of performing effectively under pressure and tight scheduled.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong prioritization and multitasking skills to meet deadlines effectively. Collaborative team player with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse teams
