- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement credit management strategies and policies aligned with L'Oréal's financial goals.
- Risk Management: Monitor and evaluate credit risk across the region, proactively identifying areas of concern and implementing mitigation measures.
- Transformation Initiatives: Lead process improvements, tools implementation, and operating model enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align deductions strategy and ensure effective credit practices.
- Compliance & Reviews: Conduct regular credit reviews, assess customer creditworthiness, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Team Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to regional credit teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit management, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and SAP credit management T-codes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to credit management.
- Professional certifications in credit or risk management are a plus.
