- Analyze commercial data and derive consumer marketing insights
- Collaborate with merchandising team to bring consumer insights and ideas to life
- Curate and release retail and merchandising guides, assets and strategies for multi brands, categories and emerging markets, aligned with internal guidelines.
- Manage merchandising activities regionally across different countries and brands, based on internal guidelines.
- Project management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., design agencies) based locally and globally, within aligned timelines
- Have experience with data analysis on large and diverse datasets
- Be a strong multi-tasker with good time management
- Take initiative and able to work independently but know when to ask for guidance
- Have resilience working under pressure and tight timelines
- Be a great communicator with strong interpersonal skill with strong follow-up skills
- Have the flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving working environment
