MISSIONAs a key member of the Regional Executive Committee, you will lead the long-term growth, brand development, and business transformation of Singapore, Malaysia and ASEAN. You will craft and execute a market strategy that builds brand equity, strengthens client engagement, and delivers sustainable, profitable growth. This role calls for a bold and inclusive leader, capable of navigating complex ecosystems and shaping the Maison's voice across diverse and fast-evolving markets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set and execute growth strategy tailored to Singapore, Malaysia & ASEAN, aligned with Maison's long-term vision and regional ambitions. Drive market agility, cross-country synergies, and local adaptation to evolving business dynamics.
  • Lead the 360° activation of brand desirability, marketing, communication, and retail plans. Deepen client engagement through data-driven CRM, elevated service, and differentiated experiences across all channels. Cultivate culturally relevant initiatives and partnerships to enhance local resonance and long-term brand equity.
  • Advance digital maturity across the business. Leverage omnichannel insights, client intelligence, and analytics to strengthen performance and client proximity.
  • Ensure operational alignment across boutiques, e-commerce, and partners. Optimize retail performance, profitability, and seamless execution with full P&L accountability.
  • Inspire, develop, and retain a high-performing, cross-functional team. Foster an inclusive, purpose-driven internal culture and position Cartier as a top employer in Southeast Asia's competitive talent landscape.
  • Act as a strategic operator and diplomatic leader during market shifts. Uphold brand integrity, manage reputational risks, and represent Cartier across key institutional, public, and stakeholder arenas.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Proven leadership experience as MD or equivalent role in luxury, lifestyle, or Client-related business.
  • Strong business acumen, with a track record in brand development, market expansion and financial performance.
  • High EQ and intercultural fluency, with ability to lead diverse teams and shape culture.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive transformation maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence.
