- Drive the strategic direction for business acquisition and sales growth across the Banking and Financial Services sectors, with a focus on promoting Lending Solutions to financial institutions and fintech companies.
- Develop and oversee the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the assigned region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, overseeing complex sales engagements from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving the overall success of the regional sales operations and aligning sales strategies with the broader company vision.
- Analyze market trends, company's capabilities, while managing stakeholder expectations at all levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, Solution Engineering, and Services teams to shape and deliver successful responses to strategic tenders, RFIs, and RFPs.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring continued revenue generation and market expansion.
- Provide leadership oversight and guidance on sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regional sales performance, ensuring ongoing alignment with broader corporate objectives and business targets.
- Proven track record as a strategic leader with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in complex and competitive environments.
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in senior sales and leadership roles within the Banking and Financial Services sectors, with an emphasis on fintech solutions.
- At least 10 years of experience leading the sales of Lending Solutions, Loan Origination, and Credit Assessment technologies, with a focus on driving business development and market penetration.
- Strong technical expertise in Lending, Loan Origination, Credit Assessment, and Banking software solutions, combined with a deep understanding of emerging fintech technologies.
- Extensive experience managing large, high-value sales cycles and leading teams in executing consultative sales strategies to secure key accounts and long-term relationships.
- Proven success in building and nurturing senior-level relationships, influencing decision-makers, and driving significant revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership, client-facing, and interpersonal skills, with a strategic focus on aligning commercial opportunities with organizational objectives.
- Flexibility and readiness to travel as required to engage with clients and stakeholders across the region.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred.
