Procurement Executive

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from raising purchase orders to monitoring deliveries including Payment.
Identify opportunities to improve on existing process' and own the delivery of improvements
Proactively source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, quality and delivery terms for all purchased goods and services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, and make recommendations to optimise stock levels.
Collaborate cross-functionally effectively with other departments to understand their requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations
Any other duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing and logistics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
Ability to work both proactively as part of a team and independently where needed.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
Capable of working under pressure and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using any procurement and inventory management software
