You will be placed under the Management Executive SchemeWhat you will be working on:You will lead end-to-end procurement and contract management, focusing on operational efficiency through: • Developing best-sourced, outcome-based and sustainable solutions for A&F's functions, including management of centralized administrative hubs serving multiple SPF units • Overseeing vendor performance and contract management using established service levels and KPIs • Establishing strategies and structures to ensure continuity in contract monitoring and future procurement activities • Implement technological solutions to streamline procurement processes • Facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring operational continuityWhat we are looking for:Requirements • Field of studies in business administration, management, finance or related field • 2-3 years of relevant experience with proven track record in project delivery • Proficiency in MS Office applications and data analytics software (e.g., Tableau) • Strong communication skills • Project and stakeholder management experience • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Short-listed candidates will be notified within two weeks after the closing date of applications.About MHA - Singapore Police Force (SPF):MHA - Singapore Police Force (SPF)
