- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Draft and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
- Support talent mapping and candidate engagement initiatives
- Liaise with candidates and clients to support hiring activities
- Gain exposure to client management and stakeholder communications
- Learn recruitment practices and HR operational workflows
- Assist with onboarding processes (contracts, offer letters, new hire documentation)
- Maintain and update HR records and employee files in compliance with PDPA
- Support HR queries related to leave, benefits, and policies
- Safeguard confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide support on HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- ITE Higher Nitec or Diploma in any discipline
- No prior HR or recruitment experience required; training provided
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or people-related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Work on real hiring projects and build a strong HR foundation
