
Assistant Sales Manager

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth in the marine and offshore sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform sales approach
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve win-win outcomes
- Track sales performance against KPIs and report to senior management regularly
- Support post-sales activities, including project coordination and after-sales service
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
- Min Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the marine and/or offshore industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
