Job Description:Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth in the marine and offshore sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform sales approach
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Track sales performance against KPIs and report to senior management regularly
  • Support post-sales activities, including project coordination and after-sales service
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Min Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the marine and/or offshore industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships
  • Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
