The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Support:
Assist the HR team with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and maintaining employee records.Administrative Assistance:
Provide personal assistant support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.Documentation:
Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, performance reviews, and training materials.Employee Engagement:
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture, including organizing events and activities.Data Management:
Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.Communication:
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.Project Support:
Assist in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department.QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:
2+ years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a corporate environment.Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Technical Proficiency:
