- Advise and provide support to set up a department.
- Advise, plan and implement a professional medical structure to support a departments deliverables.
- Analyse workload, project and recruit qualified medical doctors to support a departments operations and services.
- Analyse attritions and improve manpower fill rates.
- Identify manpower gaps and engage Heads of Departments proactively to resolve manpower shortages.
- Improve quality and/or patient safety by participating in improvement projects.
- Select and implement good practices and protocols for the departments effective and efficient human resource management.
- A Bachelor's Degree with an additional Diploma in HRM is preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years working as Assistant Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think systematically.
- Conflict reconciliation skills.
