Coordinate and assist in day-to-day warehouse operations.
Manage activities throughout order fulfilment and transportation and ensure established deadlines are met.
Streamline shipping and transportation processes.
Prepare and issue all shipping documents.
Assist in necessary documentation and preparation for movement of cargo.
Ensure all documentations are fulfilled and updated to Head Office timely.
Support in month-end stock take and replenishment of materials needed/
Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
Perform other administrative duties such as filing and document processing.
Liaise with warehouse staff, internal departments, transportation provides/forwarders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics coordination.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Preferably possess a Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
Familiar with warehouse processes and documentation.
Well-versed in computers.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
Performs well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good team player with a proactive attitude and customer service mindset.
