We pride ourselves on providing some of the best customer care you’ll find – because we believe in building lasting relationships with our customers, not just transactions.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:- Manage inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies- Receive, update, and track stock upon shipment arrival- Process daily orders and bulk orders from various sources- Handle warranty queries, exchanges, and returns- Repair products (with provided training)- Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse with proper labeling and storage- Streamline logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency- Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations- Assist in preparation of events and manage on-site event logisticsRequirements:- Relevant experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks (lifting, bending, standing)- Valid driving license (preferred)Application InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
