- Collaborate with APAC business stakeholders and country HR leads to assess and address talent and organizational development needs
- Lead strategic OD interventions that support business transformation, workforce agility, and cultural alignment.
- Promote career pathways across markets by reinforcing available frameworks and tools, and facilitate talent conversations that support career growth, internal mobility, and capability development.
- Strengthen leadership and talent development to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize organizational effectiveness and work efficiency by leveraging digital tools, AI, and data-driven insights, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement innovative learning solutions that build future-ready capabilities across the region.
- Partner with global and local teams to adapt learning strategies for regional relevance and impact.
- Curate and deploy learning interventions aligned with core, leadership, and functional competencies.
- Manage flagship leadership programs and continuously refine learning experiences based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- Manage external vendors and learning partners to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
- Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, including Townhalls, Values Awards, and Onboarding Experience.
- Analyse and report on Employee Engagement Survey results, using insights to drive continuous improvement in employee experience and organizational culture.
- Partner with regional talent acquisition team to co-create a compelling employee value proposition (EVP) that supports attraction and retention.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, recognition, and psychological safety across diverse markets.
- Support change management for key business initiatives such as organizational redesigns, leadership transitions, and cultural transformation.
- Provide tools, frameworks, and facilitation to enable smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead or contribute to transformation projects that require cross-functional collaboration and agile execution
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development, ideally in a regional capacity or with a consulting background.
- Proven success in designing and delivering impactful talent and OD programs.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and markets.
- Experience in change management, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management capabilities.
- Agile, relationship-oriented professional with a track record of implementing talent methodologies that drive business performance.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to navigating complexity and building relationships across multiple platforms.
- Solid understanding of team dynamics and the ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization.
