What the role is:The Planning & Organisation Development (POD) team in the Corporate Development and Services (CDS) Division plays a vital role in shaping ECDA's strategic direction and developing our people. This role presents an opportunity to drive transformative change and build a high-performing culture through strategic planning and capability development initiatives.What you will be working on:We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful and highly-driven individual to join our team. In partnership with the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the following areas: 1. Strategic/Corporate Planning a. Develop and execute overall strategic roadmap, from shorter-term workplans to mid- and long-term directions and goals. b. Support organization-wide transformation initiatives including developing and implementing change management strategies to enhance operational effectiveness. c. Lead as secretariat for strategic planning meetings and ensure follow through of key decisions. d. Lead in the coordination of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) as part of Enterprise Risk Management 2. Staff Development and Capability building a. Drive ECDA's strategic capability development to build a future ready workforce.
