This may involve work in the areas of process innovation, change management, organisational development and culture building.In this role, you will,
  • Identify areas of alignment and misalignment between an organisation's strategies and its current and desired culture
  • Manage internal communications to drive engagement and support organization transformation changes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that align with SportSG's Transformation approach.
  • Design a plan to effectively support the acceptance and adoption of medium-scale change and transitions.
  • Lead analysis to identify patterns in data, explore correlations, transformation of data to derive insights and recommendations.

This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:Background in Organisation Development or Business Process Re-engineeringFamiliar with government-wide process in Public Service Transformation (PST), Corporate and Operational functionsHave lead transformation projects that involve multiple teams across the organizationProject management experiencePossess a strong desire and will for #TransformingTheWayWeWork to create an #ExcellentSportSGPossess a positive, generative, collaborative mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, independent and resourcefulExcellent communication skills and comfortable engaging with people at different levels, from operational staff to senior managementThe level of offer will commensurate with applicants' experience and track records.
