This may involve work in the areas of process innovation, change management, organisational development and culture building.In this role, you will,
- Identify areas of alignment and misalignment between an organisation's strategies and its current and desired culture
- Manage internal communications to drive engagement and support organization transformation changes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities that align with SportSG's Transformation approach.
- Design a plan to effectively support the acceptance and adoption of medium-scale change and transitions.
- Lead analysis to identify patterns in data, explore correlations, transformation of data to derive insights and recommendations.
