- Prepare sales material, presentations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Respond to inquiries and manage RFQs (Request for Quotes), ensuring quick and effective communication with clients.
- Follow up on all stages of the sales cycle, including lead generation, quoting, coordination with operational staff, project implementation, and the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes.
- Develop new business and identify potential clients to enhance the existing customer base.
- Implement strategies and tactics to meet and ideally exceed annual revenue and sales targets.
- Manage accounts receivable follow-up to ensure timely client payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain related discipline with at least 6 years doing Key Acccount Management within the freight forwarding industry
- Self-motivated and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a diverse environment
