As a Designer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to workplace strategy, design, and construction. This includes creating design concepts, preparing presentations, collaborating with clients and project teams, producing detailed drawings and specifications, and monitoring project progress.Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Interior design packages including material selection, finishes and joinery.
  • Good Communication skills
  • Understanding of budgets and BOQ's
  • Supporting senior leaders on projects including pre-project brief sessions
  • Ensuring alignment to culture, values and behaviours of Unispace
  • Collaborating across disciplines, regions, studios
  • Helping drive studio initiatives to improve design
  • Continually enhancing depth and breadth of design skills, staying current with external market
Your experience:
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in design-related discipline
  • Commercial/ workplace design experience
  • Proficiency in Revit, Indesign, Photoshop, Sketch Up
  • Proficient in using design tools
  • Comfortable in front of clients
  • Ability to help deliver multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • You are comfortable with change and ambiguity - seeing them as opportunities to innovate rather than barriers to achievement
