Trained and experienced experts for our full range of services, including reefer, out-of-gauge, breakbulk and each of our trade services, gives us the ability to uphold the personal service we're globally recognized for, offering customers peace-of-mind that we will be on-hand to help whenever we are needed.An opportunity is now available for a career-minded individual to join us in MSC South East Asia (Singapore) Pte Ltd, as Executive, Operations Husbandry.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Senior Manager, Operations your main responsibilities would be the husbandry functions such as vessel schedule & berth arrangement, crew change, immigration clearance, cash advances, arrangement of freshwater analysis, waste disposal service, ship stores, vessel repair and any other vessels' requirements. Your key responsibilities include:

Responsible for the husbandry functions such as vessel schedule, berth creation & arrangement, crew change, immigration clearance, cash advances, arrangement of freshwater analysis, bunker sample for lab testing, waste disposal service, ship store arrangement, vessel repair and any other vessels' requirements
Providing vessels with port entry instruction
Arranging immigration clearance for vessels arriving and departing Singapore via the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA) crew system
Arranging vessel requirements such as medical for crew, fresh water, cash advance and any other requirements
Arranging for crew change (Sign On / Sign Off)
Declaration of vessels for both arrival and departure to Port Authority
Ensure vessel certificates are updated to Port Authority by husbanding agent
Coordinating bunker supply schedule with barge operators

QualificationsWho We Are Looking For

3-5 years of relevant work experience
Minimum Diploma
