- Position Title: Sales Representative / Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Develop new business and manage existing accounts.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns.
- Prepare regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure stock is available for sales and product demonstrations.
- Represent the company in meetings and conferences.
- Negotiate and close deals; handle feedback, complaints, or objections.
- Prepare sales quotations and follow up on purchase orders.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, distributors, resellers, and manufacturers for quotations and pricing negotiations.
- Work with team members on job deployments.
- Collect customer and prospect feedback and share it with internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
- Experience in sales, preferably in IT industry
- Good understanding of the sales process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers
