- Position Title: Project Coordinator
- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 5 Days per week (10.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Coordinate and manage project timelines and deliverables for aluminium doors and windows installations.
- Liaise with interior designers, architects, and contractors to clarify requirements and provide material recommendations.
- Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Conduct product presentations and site meetings with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Serve as a key contact point for customers, providing excellent service and timely updates throughout the project.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation to ensure smooth workflow from order to completion.
- Participate in training to build technical knowledge.
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
- Outspoken, and confident communicator who enjoys client-facing roles.
- Basic technical knowledge of doors and windows is an advantage; training will be provided.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
