- Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and arranging orientation sessions.
- Ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork and are introduced to company policies.
- Update and maintenance of the staff personnel files
- Assist in the preparation in Payroll
- Assist in granting consolidated documents
- Support and make recommendations to HR processes and practices
- Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global HR Team and the Leadership Team
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong in project management and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving solving and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proactive individual with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Able to commit for 6 months for optimal development programme
- Well-organized candidate records and a streamlined recruitment process.
- Smooth onboarding experience for new hires with completed documentation.
- Accurate and updated employee records in HR systems.
- Successful execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Comprehensive tracking of employee training progress.
- Timely support in ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Contributions to special HR projects, providing actionable insights or solutions.
