The intern will provide support across various HR functions, including employee engagement, training, and administrative tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and develop essential skills for a career in human resources.THE JOB:
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and arranging orientation sessions.
  • Ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork and are introduced to company policies.
  • Update and maintenance of the staff personnel files
  • Assist in the preparation in Payroll
  • Assist in granting consolidated documents
  • Support and make recommendations to HR processes and practices
  • Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global HR Team and the Leadership Team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong in project management and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving solving and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive individual with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Able to commit for 6 months for optimal development programme

  • Well-organized candidate records and a streamlined recruitment process.
  • Smooth onboarding experience for new hires with completed documentation.
  • Accurate and updated employee records in HR systems.
  • Successful execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Comprehensive tracking of employee training progress.
  • Timely support in ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Contributions to special HR projects, providing actionable insights or solutions.
