1. Produce BIM models including preparation of general arrangement plans and schedules.2. Provide BIM and drafting support to Singapore C&S team.3. Produce structure reinforce concrete deailing (Beam, slab, column, foundation, steel structure etc)4. Connection detail for RC and steel structure.5. Produce quantity schedules using BIM.6. Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR and MEP both within local and overseas teams.7. Provide BIM Modelling and coordination worksRequirements:1. Civil Engineering graduate.2. Proficient in structural detailing and modelling:
  • At least 5 years experience in RC design/detailing with experience in Precast and Steel detailing. Experience in structural engineering design is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years experience in Archicad, Revit and AutoCAD. Archicad experience is preferred. Knowledge in Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Solibri is a plus.
  • Preferably with experience in building design/modeling such as residential and condominiums.
3. Passionate about Structural 3D modelling and 2D detailing to deliver with high quality.4. Able to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.5. Proficient in Office applications especially Excel.6. Able to communicate to local and overseas clients.7. With good work ethics and management skills and ability to adapt in tight deadlines.8.
