- Regional business responsibility for the sustainable growth and expansion of the Spectrum Monitoring (SPM) and Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) Application Segment
- Responsibility for sales strategy, product and solutions portfolio and pricing, as well as responsibility for order intake, revenue, costs and earnings for the SPM / C-UAS business
- Development of business plans and a future oriented market strategy and ensuring their sustainable implementation.
- Identification of new business potentials and business cases in close coordination with regional sales and product management
- Responsibility for building and maintaining the regional customer network in close coordination with the sales teams

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Telecommunications or Computer Engineering
- Industry knowledge in the domains of spectrum monitoring and counter unmanned aerial systems will be given priority
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the areas of business
- Relevant regional experience in market development and building new markets
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Able to travel
