
Regional Senior HR Executive (C&B)

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned country or region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
- Prepare payroll-related reports and assist in internal and external audits or reviews
- Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and incentive program administration
- Maintain up-to-date C&B data in HR systems and generate reports for business use
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on compensation planning, budgeting, and policy development
- Ensure all compensation and benefits activities comply with statutory regulations and internal governance standards
- Participate in various compensation and benefits projects and initiatives as required
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a focus on payroll processing
- Multinational or regional exposure is preferred
- Solid knowledge of the MOM Regulations and local payroll practices
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proactive, independent, and able to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll compliance
- Salary: Up to SGD 5,500 + AWS + VB (2-3 Months)
- Working Location: Labrador Park
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
